SEYN Academies Sustainable Energy Youth Network (SEYN), an initiative which started two years ago with the support of Heinrich-Böll-Foundation Greece in cooperation with representatives from European energy and environment organizations completed its two summer academies in Croatia and Greece. Aim of the academies was to empower young people to actively contribute to the energy transition movement towards a fossil-fuel-free era through community-based sustainable energy projects and to educate its participants on energy and environment matters by stimulating their cooperation around Europe.

European Youth Dialogue 2014 WORKSHOP Around 120 young Europeans came together at The European Youth Dialogue (EYD) in the city of Thessaloniki, the European Youth Capital 2014. The event, which took place a few weeks before the elections for the European Parliament, is part of a series of youth events organised by the Heinrich-Böll-Foundation in different countries aiming to provide spaces for youth debates and networking throughout Europe in the pre-electoral period.
