Sofia Adam is Associate Professor in the Department of Social Policy of the Democritus University of Trace and an adjunct lecturer at the Master Program on Social Solidarity Economy at the Hellenic Open University. She served as Program Coordinator for Social Solidarity Economy at Heinrich Boell Foundation Thessaloniki Office - Greece. She has worked extensively as a researcher in projects related to the third sector, Social Solidarity Economy and social policy. She has published a series of articles and studies on Social Solidarity Economy and studies at the Labour Institute of the General Confederation of Greek Labour. Sofia Adam is an experienced trainer in both formal and informal settings.
