Stefanos Loukopoulos is the Co-founder and Director of the transparency & democracy watchdog organization Vouliwatch. He has extensive experience in the NGO sector accumulated in London and Brussels and possesses first-hand knowledge of institutional and electoral politics gained from work experience both in the European Parliament and Vouliwatch.
Stefanos is an experienced project manager, campaigner, activist and public speaker. He is a founding member of the international association “Parliamentwatch Network” and the "Greek Union of Small and Medium sized CSO's". He is actively involved both at a national and international level in the fields of open government/parliament, transparency, the right to access to information, civic-tech, political accountability and participatory democracy.
Stefanos holds a BA degree in Politics and an MA in International Relations from the University of Essex, as well as an MA International Conflict Analysis from the University of Kent.
