Dr. Sophia Kanaouti has a PhD from the University of Wales, Cardiff, from the Department of Journalism, Media and Cultural. She currently teaches Migration Flows and media at the University of Athens and Political Science at The Hellenic Open University, and her work concentrates on inequalities, gender and politics. Her most recent article is Sexualized Right-Wing Populism and the Politics of Mis-sublimation. She is a Research Associate at EKKE, working at the GenderINmediaGR project.
