Director of Directorate “Education and social activities” at City of Gabrovo, Bulgaria, with managing responsibilities in the domain of: social services planning, provision and development, introduction of innovative social solutions and realization of the social policies at municipal level, according to the local needs; education - early childcare and education, primary and secondary education, including healthcare provision at the educational institutions; sports activities and municipal sports policies, sports clubs and federations; youth policy,  including prevention of drugs and harmful substances and fighting youth delinquency.

Extensive experience in project planning and implementation with more than 13 years of experience - defining the possible measures, relevant to the local development challenges and intervention with project means, setting out activities and their content, establishing and maintaining inter-institutional/partners’ coordination, also realization of all the stages of a project lifecycle (management, implementation, dissemination, reporting, sustainability provision). The priority sphere of project experience are human rights, education, including dual education, social issues, urban development, public engagement in strategic planning and EU policies relation to the local needs. Experience in international projects implementation under the Bulgarian-Swiss cooperation programme, Erasmus+ and Horizon 2020 programmes.

Experience in project evaluation (BG - Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs and EU Agency) - assessing applications in the field of education, youth, extra/curriculum initiatives, inclusion measures for disadvantaged, minorities etc. and applications in the sphere of the social economy and social entrepreneurship start-ups.
