Robbie Stakelum is Head of Policy & Advocacy for the Social Platform. Representing nearly 50 organizations and European networks, the Social Platform champions Social Rights across Europe, with a focus on strengthening civil dialogue with policy makers, promoting social protections, access to services and ensuring that the Green Deal has a strong social and just dimension to safeguard against the most vulnerable and marginalized being disproportionately burdened by climate change. Robbie has been working at the European level on social policy for the past ten years with a previous focus on housing, homelessness, poverty, and the intersection with youth and LGBTIQ.
