Lydia Karazarifi is a PhD candidate at the School of Political and Social Sciences at the Scuola Normale Superiore in Florence. Her research focuses on water as a common good and on ecologies of care within multidimensional environmental, economic, and political crises. She is a member of COSMOS, the research center on social movements, and an associate editor in the Undisciplined Environments collective. She is also part of the organizing team of the Festival for Water and the Commons.
