Dr Muhammad Shabbir is a Pakistani researcher, policy analyst and accessibility advocate working at the intersection of international relations, strategic studies, digital governance and disability inclusion. He is the CEO of Path Finder Solutions (Private) Limited, and Member, Global Leadership Council (GLC) of International Association of Accessibility Professionals (IAAP). He holds a PhD in International Relations.
His work examines how technology, governance and human security interact in the Global South. As a blind scholar and practitioner, he brings both academic expertise and lived experience to questions of accessibility, participation and justice in digital transformation. He has contributed to internet governance processes through the UN Internet Governance Forum, including as Coordinator of the Dynamic Coalition on Accessibility and Disability, and has remained active in regional and global digital policy spaces.
