Panagiotis Moumtsakis is a DPhil candidate in Politics at the University of Oxford, researching the political and economic repercussions of generative AI in liberal democracies. He is an Onassis Foundation Scholar supporting his doctoral studies and a Heinrich Böll Foundation Green Foreign Policy Fellow. He is also a Canon Foundation Fellow, undertaking a six-month stay as a Special Research Student at the University of Tokyo (2026).
