Stacy Achieng Ogembo holds a B.A degree in International Relations and Diplomacy from the Technical University of Kenya, a M.A in Political Science from the University of Cologne and is currently working as a Research Associate in the DFG project 'Standards of Governance' at the Technical University of Darmstadt. 

Her work experience includes positions in project management in NGOs and Development Organizations in Kenya and in Germany that work on human rights, gender justice, youth empowerment and climate change. In the Green Foreign Policy fellowship of Heinrich Böll Foundation – Thessaloniki Office, she focuses mainly on the foreign policy of green political parties from the East Africa region i.e. Kenya, Uganda and Rwanda. 

She is a big fan of African pop music, traveling, cooking Kenyan cuisine and meeting up with friends.
