Vassilis Floudas is the Head of the Planning and Development Department at the Municipality of Ioannina. He also serves as an instructor at the National Centre for Public Administration and Local Government and is pursuing a Ph.D. at the Department of Architecture at Democritus University of Thrace. He holds a Bachelor's degree in "Urban and Regional Development" from Panteion University, a Bachelor's degree in "Studies in European Culture" from the Hellenic Open University, and a Master's degree in "Management of Cultural Units" from the Hellenic Open University.
His research project, titled "Ioannina Design", aims to investigate the multifaceted process of participatory planning in Greek cities and its integration into public decision-making processes.
