URBANA is a group of architects, social anthropologists and political scientists. Their main goal is to ensure the right to the city for all, with a special focus on more vulnerable groups that have traditionally been excluded from the decision-making centres and processes of space production, such as women, children, adolescents, older people, people with disabilities, among others. Through information, awareness-raising, participatory research and planning actions that they are implementing since 2019 in various cities in Greece, they seek to highlight, among other things, the differentiated needs of women in the city and contribute to the reconstruction of cities in a participatory and inclusive way.
