We’re Better Off Together #5 Psycho-social Support

In this episode we discuss the impact of prolonged confinement and restrictive measures had on people's mental health and the ways collaborative mental health organizations, empowerment and psychotherapy ventures have looked for in order to respond to the new circumstances and provide as much help as possible. We spoke to Katerina Charalampaki from the collaborative project "Apo Kinou, Mental Health Empowerment and Psychotherapy" and Maria Harizani from "Protoleio Ψ - Psychological and Psychosocial Support”.
